Refund Policy

Within 30 days of the order date, you may return your items for a refund.

If the return is due to our error — for example, we shipped you the wrong product, or your item arrived damaged in transit — we'll refund you the full order total, including original shipping costs.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange for items that:

• Are defective or damaged (outside of our error, as described above)
• Are returned more than 30 days after the order date
• Are in unsellable condition
• Are personalized, customized, or made on demand
• Are missing parts

How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you by email that it's been received and processed. You can expect your refund within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
