Return policy

You may return your items within 30 days of the order date.

If the return is due to our error (i.e., we shipped you the wrong products or items arrived damaged), we'll refund you the full order total, including original shipping.

We cannot exchange or refund items that:

• Are returned more than 30 days after the order date
• Are in unsellable condition
• Are personalized, customized or made on demand
• Are missing parts

We'll notify you by email once we've received and processed your returned item. You can expect a refund within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
